Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sarah ("the Service") — including through WhatsApp, the web portal at portal.meetsarah.io, or any related service — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Meet Sarah LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company.

2. Description of Service

Sarah is an AI-powered executive assistant designed for residential real estate professionals. The Service helps users manage scheduling, follow-up, email drafting, calendar coordination, research, and related administrative tasks through a WhatsApp-based interface supported by a web portal.

Sarah is not a licensed real estate agent, attorney, financial advisor, transaction coordinator, or any other licensed professional. Nothing Sarah communicates constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. Beta Program

The Service is currently in beta. This means:

• Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice
• The Service may experience interruptions, errors, or unexpected behavior
• We may limit access, adjust functionality, or discontinue the beta at any time
• Your feedback may be used to improve the Service

By participating in the beta, you acknowledge that the Service is not yet a finished product and agree to use it with that understanding.

4. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a licensed real estate professional or otherwise engaged in the real estate industry in a professional capacity
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

The Service is intended for professional use only. It is not designed for or directed at consumers for personal, family, or household purposes.

5. Account Creation and Access

Access to the Service is initiated through WhatsApp. You must provide your name, email address, and phone number to create an account. We use a magic link sent to your email address to verify your identity — no password is required.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your contact information is accurate and current
• Maintaining the security of your email account, which controls access to the Service
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at contact@meetsarah.io if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, pose a risk to the Service or other users.

6. Connected Services

The Service allows you to connect your Google or Microsoft account to enable email and calendar integration. By connecting these services, you authorize Sarah to:

• Read your email messages
• Draft and send email on your behalf, with your explicit approval for each outbound message
• Read and create calendar events, with your explicit approval
• Read your contacts

Sarah will never send an email, create a calendar event, or take any outbound action without your explicit approval. You can revoke Sarah's access to your Google or Microsoft account at any time through your account settings with the respective provider.

We store your OAuth access and refresh tokens in your isolated profile to maintain your connection. We do not store copies of your emails or calendar data in our systems.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive communications
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the Service
• Circumvent any security or access control measure
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including real estate licensing laws, anti-spam laws, and data protection regulations
• Provide false or misleading information during onboarding or use of the Service
• Attempt to access another user's account or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if we determine you have violated this section.

8. AI Limitations and Your Responsibility

Sarah is an AI assistant. You acknowledge that:

• Sarah may make mistakes, misunderstand requests, or provide incorrect information
• Sarah's responses are not a substitute for professional judgment, legal advice, financial advice, or licensed real estate services
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and taking responsibility for any communication, action, or decision made using the Service
• Any email, calendar event, or other output produced by Sarah is a draft for your review — you are responsible for its content before approving it for delivery

The Company is not liable for any errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from your use of Sarah's outputs.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Meet Sarah LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service.

Your data — including your messages, connected account content, and profile information — remains yours. We do not claim ownership over your content.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at meetsarah.io/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY SARAH.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meet Sarah LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any communication sent using the Service under your account.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or discontinuation of the beta program.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@meetsarah.io. Upon termination, we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Sections 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16 of these Terms survive termination.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
